Nice to meet you!
About Anna
"A yoga instructor gets people to pose for themselves." B.K.S. Iyengar

Where I've Been
My path to yoga has been shaped by a life I feel incredibly grateful for. I spent much of my career in children’s book publishing, I’m a mother of two, a very happy wife, and I’ve always had a dog by my side. Along the way, yoga became an increasingly important part of my own life and ultimately led me to more than 500 hours of teacher training with teachers including Baron Baptiste, Brian Kest, Jason Crandall, and Bernie Clark. What began as a personal practice has become a way of life—and something I feel fortunate to share with others.
As A Teacher
As a teacher, my goal is not to have you practice my yoga, but to help you discover your own. I believe yoga is a practice of curiosity, patience, dedication, and self-discovery—and that there is no single “right” way to practice. I’m still a student myself, continually learning and finding new ways to understand this beautiful tradition. I hope to create a space where you feel supported, challenged when you want to be, and empowered to listen to your own body and trust your own experience. Ultimately, yoga is about coming home to ourselves, and I’m grateful to be part of that journey with you.
