& Self Care
Wellness encompasses all areas of our lives. Nutrition, exercise, sleep, work, play and mental health. Maybe most importantly, wellness should also include the perspective through which we see ourselves and our lives. Over the past 6 years, Hannah has coached hundreds of people through the 30 Days to Healthy Living program; a program focused around creating healthy habits and improving overall health and wellness.
As a Certified Instructor for Youth Mental Health First Aid, Hannah is a mental health awareness advocate. She believes that normalization of mental health issue awareness is critical for young people and training “First Aiders” increases the capacity of a community to care for its own.
In addition, Hannah is a winemaker in Woodinville, WA where she loves working with her family to create amazing wines. Her three children are now old enough and strong enough to help with the production work!
Because yoga is more than a physical practice, Anna has led several workshops based on Baron Baptiste's 40 Days to Revolution and Perfectly Imperfect. She also helped to develop a discussion series based on Brene Brown's book The Gifts of Imperfection. Recently, Anna completed a six week training through lululemon furthering her work in self integrity, responsibility, decision making, agility, listening and mindful communication.
Anna has trained with Baron Baptiste, Bryan Kest, Jason Crandell and Bernie Clark, as well as Seane Corn and Lisa Black. She is a lululemon Ambassador and has served as a Wanderlust Wayfarer.
Prior to becoming a yoga instructor, Anna worked in the book publishing world as an Executive Director of Sales & Marketing and as an Associate Publisher. Currently, she continues to help authors with marketing and events.
